How do I get started?
You can rent your storage unit online in a matter of minutes. You can also call our office to rent a storage unit by phone. Be sure to have access to your email during the call so that you can electronically sign the lease and insurance agreements.
When can I move in?
After you rent your storage unit, you will receive gate and lock codes. Then you can move in anytime during access hours.
What are the facility’s access hours?
We offer 24-hour access only with a background check. Regular hours are daily from 6 AM to 9 PM.
Am I required to store long-term?
Rock Storage’s lease is a flexible month-to-month one. Store with us short or long-term, whatever is best for you!
What security measures are there?
We have an electronic access gate, cameras recording the facility 24/7, outdoor lighting, and fencing around the whole facility.
Why can't I open my unit?
If you have trouble opening your self-storage unit, use your foot to press down on the door handle when you are unlatching it. When leaving, hold the handle down again as you latch it closed to ensure that the door is sealed.
How do I secure my unit?
We provide a DaVinci lock for each unit. Once the lease is complete, you will receive the code to unlock it.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, food, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
Do you plow the snow at the facility?
When it snows, we plow the facilities as soon as possible. Because we do our own snow removal, it may be a couple of days before we're able to safely travel to Rock Storage to plow the facility. At Our location, we get the snow blade as close to the storage units as possible, but this can still leave a few inches of snow in front of the doors.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required. Provide proof of your own insurance or enroll in our insurance coverage provided by Tenant Protectors.
